    The service was good and the pool was well-maintained. The room was neat and wonderfully decorated with extremely comfy beds as requested. The buffet breakfast was great and had excellent food. Location: the hotel was really close to the Coffee Shop and very centre.

    I spent 3 nights at Pride Plaza Hotel and enjoyed the stay, but there were some hiccups. The staff has great energy and friendliness that brightened my days. The gym has solid equipment, perfect for keeping up with my routine. Dining options impressed me with variety and flavor. I never got bored with the food. My room was spacious and clean, but there were a few issues. I had trouble with the air conditioning. It didn't react well to my adjustments. I struggled with the hot water in the shower. It switched on and off frustratingly. Service at the reception for room requests lagged a bit, requiring a few calls before getting basic things like towels. These delays made some mornings a rush to get out. While I definitely appreciated the upkeep in the common areas, the room maintenance needed attention. It's a good place, but a bit more focus on efficiencies in service would boost it.

    The congestion at the front entrance needs addressing!!! Poor maintenance is evident throughout the hotel. WiFi connectivity isn't reliable for work. The pool area feels neglected and unwelcoming!!!
